Abdul Hameed Khulmi - Board of Directors

Abdul Hamid Khulmi (born January 1, 1951 in Khulm, Afghanistan) is the President and Owner of Balkh Trading Co. Ltd. Established in 1988 has grown into one of the largest fine furniture business in the Toronto area. Mr. Khulmi is also the founder of Ahmoon Corporation a property investment firm which owns several industrial and commercial properties.

With over 40 years of experience in fine furniture, luxury home accent, carpets, and various capital venture projects including a factory in Jodhpur, India. This factory manufactures rustic furniture and employs over 80 people. In 2008, Mr. Khulmi has started on another factory in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. It produces hair products ranging from henna coloring to shampoo. It currently has 38 staff members and growing.

Mr. Khulmi is one of founding member of CABC.
